Garlic Herb Almond Flour Crackers

Stone bowl filled with greenish-brown dip and two seeded almond flour crackers, placed on a white cloth with a small plant nearby—showcasing a vegan, gluten-free snack pairing ideal for mindful eating.

A crunchy, gluten-free staple for peaceful snacking

These Garlic Herb Almond Flour Crackers are one of my favorite make-ahead snacks. They’re vegan, gluten-free, and deeply satisfying, especially when paired with this Olive Tapenade recipe. I triple the batch when I make them, and they store beautifully in the fridge in these glass containers, staying crisp and flavorful for days.

Tip: I mix the dough in a food processor. It’s too thick to combine easily by hand, and the processor ensures a smooth, even texture.

The crackers come together in about 30 minutes and feature almond flour, flax meal, garlic, oregano, and flaky salt. They’re crunchy yet tender, with a savory depth that makes them perfect for dips, spreads, or snacking straight from the jar. The Harvard Nutrition Source notes that flaxseeds are one of the richest plant sources of omega-3 fatty acids, which support heart and brain health.

Whether you’re prepping for the week or setting out a snack board, these crackers are a peaceful pantry essential.
