How to Use One of Our Prompts: A Step-by-Step Example
Let me walk you through exactly how this works. Say you’re feeling overwhelmed and want some guidance on creating a calming evening routine. Here’s what you’d do:
Step 1: Visit our AI Prompts for Peaceful Living page and find a prompt that speaks to you.
Step 2: Copy the prompt text. For example: “I want to create a calming evening routine that helps me unwind from a stressful day. I have about 45 minutes between when I finish my responsibilities and when I’d like to be in bed. I enjoy herbal tea, gentle stretching, and reading. Can you help me design a peaceful evening wind-down routine?”
Step 3: Open claude.ai in your browser. You’ll see a text box at the bottom of the screen — just like a messaging app.
Step 4: Paste the prompt into the text box and press Enter.
Step 5: Within seconds, Claude will respond with a personalized evening routine designed around your preferences, complete with timing suggestions, tea recommendations, and gentle stretching ideas.
